GPBCH recently joined with the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions, many member coalitions, and other partner organizations in signing a letter to Congress prepared by the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) to ensure that actions being considered by Congress not adversely impact ERISA plans and the populations they serve. Issues addressed in the letter include surprise billing, required reimbursement, transparency, and emergency services.
