Manager, Benefits Compliance and Administration

Description

The Manager, Benefits Compliance and Administration is responsible for the administration and compliance for all defined contribution, defined benefit retirement plans and compliance for all other benefit plans. This position assists with the financial administration of all TUHS Employee Benefit Programs. Responsibilities also include communicating all retirement options to TUHS employees, physicians and residents.

Duties will include:
  • Pension Administration
  • Benefits Billing - Benefits Plans
  • Staff Management
Minimum qualification requirements to be considered:

Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)

Experience
6 Years experience in Benefits Administration (Required)

Preferences
PHR - Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)
SPHR - Sr Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)

Typical schedule: 40 hours/week, M-F, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
