Peggy Schubert joined Gallagher in 2005 and has over 30+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry. As Area Vice President she is responsible for leading the consulting team for large accounts within Gallagher’s Mid-Atlantic Region. Ms. Schubert specializes in helping organizations design strategic total reward programs that optimize employer spend and strengthen the employee value and engagement proposition. While she works with employers of all industries she has a special interest in working with healthcare organizations, designing direct contracting services for employers and on-site clinics, and organizing employer purchasing coalitions. Prior to joining Gallagher, Ms. Schubert was a Senior Consultant with the Hay Group, where she was the Health & Welfare Practice Leader in the Philadelphia headquarters and a Global Leader of the Hay Group’s Employee Engagement and Performance Practice. In this role, she led a global consulting and research team that evaluated best practices to enhance the engagement and performance of employees. Ms. Schubert has been a member of the Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health since its inception and co-chairs the Employee Health and Well-being Work Group. She is an ardent supporter of the value employer coalitions bring to the employers they represent and she is fully committed to assist with the expansion of GPBCH and its overall impact in strengthening the collective voice and collective influence of employers in our region.
