Jessica Tracy serves as the Director of Enterprise in the Eastern Region for Color Genomics. At Color, she partners with organizations to implement innovative prevention strategies using genetic screenings for hereditary cancer and disease. Greater than 90% of individuals are not aware they have a genetic risk and unique medical management needs. Color gives employees access to genetic testing so that they have the opportunity to better understand and mitigate their risk. Ms. Tracy works with employers to enhance their overall benefit offering, improve their prevention strategy, and mitigate the risk and costs associated with cancer and disease. She also works with benefits consultants and major insurance carriers to broaden access to Color. Prior to joining Color, Ms. Tracy spent 10 years in the Employee Benefits industry where she was Vice President of Business Development at Conner Strong & Buckelew. In this role, she specialized in risk management, developing comprehensive benefits strategies and implementing effective cost containment and wellness solutions. She was also an Underwriter on Conner Strong & Buckelew's Data Analytics team and spent time as an Underwriter for Independence Blue Cross prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew. Ms. Tracy serves on the Board of Directors for various organizations such as Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health where she chairs the Benefit Design Work Group, Bringing Hope Home providing financial support to those with cancer, Devereaux Behavioral Health, The Domestic Violence Center of Chester County where she chairs the Personnel Committee, and also partners with KidsAlive to support child victims of human trafficking.
