Andrew Rosa is Director of Human Resources, Benefits and Workforce Health for Amerigas. He is responsible for leading the team of HR business partners in executing core HR functions for the Field Service Center (Corporate Offices) across all human capital programs including talent management, corporate structure to align with business goals, performance management and employee relations. He is also responsible for the health and productivity of the workforce by leading the enterprise-wide strategy, operations and delivery of health and retirement benefits, and all leave of absence programs for 9,000 employees and their families across the country. Mr. Rosa has worked in the Greater Philadelphia area for more than 15 years, previously employed by Abington Memorial Hospital, Independence Blue Cross and Comcast. In his career, he has strategized and implemented innovative health programs improving the quality of the lives of his employees and the families he serves. Mr. Rosa has been a part of the Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health (GPBCH) since the inception, serving on the original Advisory Board and Primary Care and Transparency committees, and acting as a moderator for GPBCH programs and events. He has also served as a member of the National Business Group on Health Cost and Quality Committee. Mr. Rosa earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Ohio University.
