Mandy Kilian-Lehmann has recently joined Wawa Inc. as the People Team Leader for Total Rewards, HR Systems, and Analytics. In her role she is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing benefits, retirement, and wellbeing programs for both Store Operations and Corporate Associates. Before joining Wawa, Mrs. Kilian-Lehmann was the Vice President of Human Resources at W.L. Gore & Associates. There, her responsibilities included overseeing Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Associate Engagement, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), HR Operations, and HR Analytics. Mrs. Kilian-Lehmann holds a master's degree in business administration and began her career at Baxter Healthcare in Germany. Early in her career, she lived and worked in multiple European countries. With over 25 years of HR experience both domestically and internationally, she has worked in various industries with diverse employee populations. This extensive experience has enabled her to design, implement, and manage a wide range of health and welfare benefits programs tailored to different employee needs.
