Jim Miller was recently promoted to Vice President Sales and Service, National Accounts Mid-Atlantic Market. Jim is responsible for the Aetna National Accounts business in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. In his role, Jim provides strategic direction and leadership to the sales and service staff and consultative services to customers.

Prior to his current role, Jim served our National Accounts business as a Vice President of Client Management. His responsibilities included providing strategic sales leadership and growth strategies for existing large, complex national accounts.

Jim has 16 years of experience with our National Accounts organization. During his time at Aetna, Jim served as Director of Sales and Service for Aetna's National Accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, he was responsible for sales, service and operational strategies for 120 national accounts customers. Jim managed a team of 11 account executives. Prior to joining Aetna, Jim was an Assistant Vice President in the employee benefits division at The Graham Company. In this role, Jim was responsible for new business development as well as designing and implementing long-term employee benefits strategies.
